Bowers eventually overcame their local rivals courtesy of Callum Leahy’s winning penalty after the replay at the Len Salmon Stadium finished 1-1 after extra time.
Both clubs have the opportunity to reach the first round proper for the first time in their history.
The Len Salmon Stadium, situated in Basildon, Essex – 11 miles west of Southend – is roughly 100 miles from Chichester.
Subject to demand the club will be running at least two coaches to Essex for the tie. To encourage as many supporters as possible the decision has been made to subsidise the cost of the coach to allow tickets to be available for just £10.

Train travel isn’t the ideal form of transport between Chichester and Pitsea, however for those considering it, it is possible – leaving Chichester at 11:09 via 3 changes at East Croydon, London Bridge and West Ham will get you to Pitsea station at 14:07, with the stadium a further 30 minute walk.
