Hustler is a former student of the University of Chichester where he studied BSc (Hons) Football Coaching and Performance under the guidance of first team coach Danny Potter, who was programme leader on the course.

Whilst attending university he was one of the chosen individuals to support a football education camp in China that was headed up by Potter in 2018.

He has since progressed to become Head Coach of the University Men’s team while also undertaking the role of MSc Performance Analyst at Brighton and Hove Albion Academy.

On his new role, Noah said “When the opportunity to become Head Coach of Chichester
City’s under-23’s arose, I embraced it”.

“It is a very exciting prospect – having worked with and been taught by Danny Potter, I understand how ambitious this club is”. “With the aim of bridging the gap between the youth setup and first team, the management team will begin to implement a playing identity similar to that of the first team”.

Speaking on the appointment of his former pupil, Potter said: “I have known Noah for many years now and he is a young coach with a big career ahead of himself”.

“He’ll will work closely with the first team and will certainly add to the strength in depth we have with coaching staff at the club, right the way through all age groups”.

He continued: “‘We want to become more competitive in every department, on and off the pitch and we want to build a young squad capable of pushing this club even higher”.

The introduction of an under-23’s team will help provide a pathway for players into the first team whilst simultaneously helping to develop the club’s younger players”.

The club remains keen to hear from potential players and volunteers interesting in helping our under-23 team progress. For more information please contact Max Powell via email maxchicityfc@gmail.com or call 07891303123.
