The draw will take place at the home of the only other eighth tier club remaining, Maldon & Tiptree FC and will be shown live on BBC Two from 7pm.
Due to Bury FC’s removal from the EFL and subsequently the Emirates FA Cup the final club left in the draw will receive an automatic bye to the second round, along with the prize money associated with winning a first round tie.
First round ties are scheduled to take place over the weekend of Saturday 9th November with winning clubs receiving £36,000 in prize money.
City have already come through six rounds to feature in the draw, being the only club standing from those that competed in the extra preliminary round back in August.
