Gaby Hobday opened the scoring for Chichester City on 39 minutes and then Molly Jones doubled the lead a minute later.

Three minutes after the hour mark, Woking reduced the deficit and 15 minutes later, the hosts equalised. However, Chi found a late winner to claim all three points.

Chichester started on the front foot and looked to apply some early pressure. Only three minutes into the game, Chi had the first chance, only to see the flag raised for offside.

Two minutes later, Katie Long found Payton Howard with a clever through ball, but her shot was straight at the goalkeeper.

Chloe Simmonds was called into action on 10 minutes as she was alert to the danger and quickly rushed out to claim the ball.

Woking went on the attack, after Simmonds’ kick out was intercepted, but the shot was fired well wide.

Howard went close for Chichester on 23 minutes as her shot went narrowly wide of the far post.

On 39 minutes, Hobday opened the scoring. Long played a great ball behind the defence to Hobday and the Chichester No.11 made no mistake finding the far corner to give the visitors the lead.

Only a minute later, Jones made it two. Jones ran on to a long pass over the Woking defence and spotted the goalkeeper off her line and calmly lobbed it over her to double the lead before the break.

A minute before the half-time whistle, Woking hit the post from a free-kick just outside the Chichester 18-yard box.

Six minutes into the second half, Jones tried her luck from the edge of the area, but the Woking goalkeeper was equal to it.

On 63 minutes, the hosts were able to get a goal back. A mistake at the back allowed the Woking attacker to steal the ball and run towards goal to slot it past Simmonds and into the net.

15 minutes later, a long-range effort from the Woking midfielder caught Simmonds out and the game was level.

Chichester looked to regain the lead minutes after the equaliser, but the Woking defender was able to do just enough to prevent Hobday from getting a shot away.

A good exchange of passes between Elinor Williams and Jones allowed the No.8 to fire towards goal, only to see her effort well held.

Chichester City did find the winner in stoppage time. An excellent through ball found Jones and she was able to take the ball past the goalkeeper to fire into an empty net, winning the points for Chi.
